Foundation

Banyan Tree Trust was founded by Dr. Rashid Akhtar MBChB with a vision to provide education, social welfare, and poverty relief globally.

2019

First Projects

Launched initial projects in the UK, Pakistan, and Bangladesh, focusing on education and poverty relief.

2020

Expansion

Extended operations to 5 more countries, adding disability support and animal welfare to our areas of focus.

2021

Growth

Reached 10+ countries with our programs and established key partnerships with local organizations.
